Set up your account, complete your profile, and run your first mock interview in under 10 minutes.
Go to Settings and add your target role, current skills, and experience level. CareerLift uses this to personalise every mock interview, ATS score, and job suggestion to your specific situation.
Click "New Interview" in the sidebar. Choose a job role and interview type (behavioral, technical, system design, coding, and more). The AI generates questions tailored to that role and gives you detailed feedback on every answer.
Go to Learning Paths in the sidebar. Each path is a structured curriculum for a specific goal — like "Land a Senior SWE Role" or "Crack the Amazon Loop". Paths guide you through the exact interview skills you need in the right order, rather than practising randomly.
Go to Resume Builder → ATS Scorer. Paste a job description and upload your resume. You'll get an ATS compatibility score, missing keywords, and specific suggestions to improve it for that role.
The Chrome Extension works on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse. When you open a job listing it shows your ATS score, keyword gaps, and lets you start a mock interview for that exact role with one click — without leaving the job page.
CareerLift is available on iOS. Download the app from the App Store to practice interviews and review feedback on the go. Your account, history, and scores are synced across all devices. Go to Get the Apps in the sidebar to find the download links.
