Free: 5 interview sessions/month, 15 job searches/month, resume builder, ATS scorer. Starter: 200 job searches/month, more sessions. Pro: 500 searches/month, unlimited sessions, voice analysis, priority support. Elite: Everything unlimited.

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Upgrade". You'll be taken to secure Stripe checkout. Your upgrade takes effect immediately — you don't need to wait for your billing cycle to reset.

Cancelling your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier. No cancellation fees.

Refund policy

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who haven't used more than 3 interview sessions. Email support@careerlift.ai within 7 days of your first charge. Refunds process within 5 business days.

Monthly vs annual billing

Annual billing saves 20% vs monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from Settings → Billing. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect at your next renewal date.
